Educational Eligible Criteria: Min. – Graduate or Master's / Ph.D. in Solar Engineering Technical/ Professional -
Bachelor's / Master's / Ph.D. in Engineering Trained & Conversant in quality tools and or systems (ISO lead Auditor)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Operations
- Ensure that QMS (Quality Management System) is in place and functioning optimally for the assigned Business Unit(s).
- Drive continuous improvement in quality for dept and cross departments through mechanisms such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), SFM
(Sight Bridge System for Management), FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), etc.
- Check necessary material or product assurance platforms. Review for disposition and recommendation on materials and products.
- Support the Operations team working collaboratively for the smooth running of production in quality assurance.
- Prepare & Maintain PDI, Lab Testing Reports & ensure proper package & dispatches.
- Site Quality Management System / ISO and Document Management Provide leadership in site QMS and sustaining to necessary certification
related to Solar Modules i.e IEC, UC, BIS, ALMM.
- Handle Customers Audit, Inspection & Maintained CAPA & other any improvement suggested by customer.
- Maintain Assess Team KPI & KRAs time to time.
- Prepare MIS report on Monthly basis & present to management by 5th of every month.
Desired Skills & Experience: Working with regional field teams to improve and drive quality goals in the factory. This is
expected to be done by championing the quality required within the right understanding of the business context.
- Supplier Quality Management
- Conduct audits and reviews and ratings
- Resolve conflicts in quality performance
- Team manager and able to collaborate effectively with other departments. Knowledgeable & Application experience in reliability testing
methods and approaches. Working experience in the Solar/ Semiconductor/ Electronics manufacturing industry is Compulsory.
- People/ Relations - Ability to interface and communicate effectively with the cross-functional team as well as external stake holders and
also external auditors. Additional Advantageous Skills:
- Having prior work experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance dept. Prior experience as MR (Management Representative) for ISO.
- 7- 10 years of Experience in the Quality Department.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily operations in our plant facility.
- Ensure safety and Efficiency of the facility.
- Test and monitor plant processes.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare SOP for Procurement cycle
- Knowledge of Import terms and foreign exchange rates of EURO & Dollars.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Performing company analysis, industry research, competitive positioning, etc.
- Performing analysis to review and help build/take the investment decisions.
- Providing hands-on support to existing business.
- Working closely with our internal accounts team and synthesis the data in a required format as needed on time-to-time basis.
- Building financial models to support deal underwriting and deal structuring efforts.

Role & Responsibilities:
- An export sales manager sells a company’s services or products to overseas buyers.
- Studying the solar module market in the target country or countries.
- Identifying new markets for module exports and developing new business accounts.
- Planning a module sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends
- Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges.
- Meeting with clients in India/overseas.
- Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets
- Organizing licenses and other legal requirements for certain products
- Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents for modules
- Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the module exports
- Developing and implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, new product development, and advertising
- Preparing financial reports about sales activity, costs, and profit margins for module sales in international markets
