The JV Partnership between Navitas Planet and Hysolwin Green Energy Solutions

Navitas Solar has been working on bringing sustainable energy through solar power to home and commercial spaces for the last decade, making clean and sustainable energy more accessible. With shared goals, we have partnered with Hysolwin Green Energy Solutions to build a joint solar park with 35 MW power capacity in Solapur City in Maharashtra. The government has approved of this collaboration, and Mr. Deepak Prasad and Mr. Sunil Handa – two co-founders of Hysolwin Green Energy, and Mr. Vineet Mittal, director at Navitas Planet, were present during the signing of the MOU to solidify the partnership.

Solar Park: An Affordable Source of Renewable Energy

A Solar Park, more formally known as a Photovoltaic Power Station, is a power plant that produces electricity through solar energy. The location for such a park needs maximum sun exposure and ample space to set up hundreds and thousands of solar panels to produce electricity in bulk. The solar park produces pollution-free, sustainable, and affordable renewable solar energy supplied to the electricity grids or directly to the consumers. Navitas Planet and Hysolwin Green Energy Solutions have joined hands to build one such solar park in Solapur, Maharashtra. Solapur is one of the major cities in Maharashtra, connecting with Karnataka. Additionally, it has transportation routes connecting Kalaburagi, Vijayapura, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, making it a strategic location to set up a solar power plant.

Why a Solar Park in Solapur, Maharashtra

The Solar Park built under this partnership supplies 35MW of clean and renewable solar energy. It helps Hysolwin Green Energy Solution and us achieve our goal of creating a sustainable energy supply for future generations. The following are the two notable objectives for building this solar park in Solapur, Maharashtra.

• Producing approximately 56 million units of clean energy

The solar park spreading across the land of Solapur will produce approximately 56 million units (MUs) of solar power. It will be supplied directly to the desired recipients. Navitas Planet and Hysolwin Green Energy Solutions will jointly manage the solar park.

• Producing employment opportunities in the area

The solar park will provide direct and indirect employment for the locals in addition to clean energy production. The employment will be for various departments of the solar park: operations, management, logistics, and more. Therefore, the solar park will help build resources and boost the living standards in Solapur city.
