Guwahati becomes India’s first fully solar powered railway station

India is taking every single step to lower its carbon footprint by embracing a sustainable energy system. India has now created a green railway station. Guwahati becomes India’s first fully solar-powered railway station where the solar installation was commissioned in April 2017.
