Ashok Gidwani

USA Representative.

Mr. Ashok is a Mechanical engineer from IIT Kharagpur, 1965. He has worked with Bechtel India Ltd (1965-1967) after which he settled in Pittsburgh, USA. He has done his MBA from University of Pittsburgh, 1969. He established FABCON which produced metal processing products for steel and aluminium industries. He has also worked as manufacturer’s representative for HVAC products that reduced electrical and natural gas usage over traditional products.
He has accomplished several solar projects in Kenya and Uganda for supply and installation of solar lighting, water pumping and solar power for hospital and school use. Presently owns LAVALUX Company which manufactures LED Lights.
He is promoting Navitas Solar in the USA solar market through his 40 years of network and cumulative experience.

Molly Severin


Mrs. Severin is a solar developer who is strongly involved with energy savings and saving our environment. She works with commercial and business properties to convert to solar energy by using her strong background in sales, business management, marketing, and community relations. She enjoys educating people about the benefits of solar energy, and being a part of a positive outcome for generations to come. She has a wonderful little daughter, Lyla, and she wants her future to be bright!

Neville Henry


Mr. Henry is a solar developer with Navitas Solar USA, who received specialized training in solar sales, solar installation and project development. He is currently working with various communities in the Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. Aiding them in reducing their energy cost substantiality and maximizing their full potential with solar. Residential, commercial, utility and roof top solar are all projects he is currently serving. He is also a community organizer who is working with these areas, to establish economic and community projects. That will allow the people in that community to partake in stainable projects and local job creations. He believes that the only way we can have a brighter future in this world is to have a greener future. Which can only be done through energy efficient power, healthier foods and ecofriendly environment.



Mr. Parks is a solar developer who assists with the wholistic process for the recruitment of potential stakeholders, sales, and project management. He received his Bachelor’s degree Cum Luade from Benedict College in Mass Communications. Within the past two years, he attended seminars hosted by a NABCEP credentialed trainer catering to equip him with specialized knowledge in areas of sales, marketing, installation, electricity and financing. His strengths are in research and development of projects specifically with financial incentives, networking, lead generation, sales, and community relations. Due to active community engagement through various sectors, he leverages his relationships to bridge the gap of informing the public about the economic, workforce, placement or acquisition/sale aspects of clean energy. The network he serves presently consist of farmers, commercial and non-profit businesses, utility providers, churches and community organizers. Reynard is progressively working on projects in the Maryland, Virginia, D.C., Pennsylvania, New York, and North Carolina areas. These projects vary in execution from utility scale, community, roof top and distribution chain.
